Conditions for accepting payments

An electronic confirmation or other type of order does not mean our acceptance of your order. Arts Digital Institute reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Arts Digital Institute may require additional information before accepting the order. Arts Digital Institute does not accept orders from third parties or companies that intend to resell the services of Arts Digital Institute.

 

Pricing and Payment Terms

The price list is subject to change without notice and is quoted in US dollars. You agree to pay the fees for the courses and services provided. The tariffs are exclusive of taxes and you will pay the sales, use, goods and services, the consumption or other taxes and any tariff or tariffs that can be imposed.

If your account is overdue or your payment cannot be made effective for any reason, Arts Digital Institute reserves the right to suspend and / or change the start date of training until the amount is paid in full. Arts Digital Institute will have no responsibility towards you in relation to the outcome of these changes. If you think that Arts Digital Institute sent you an incorrect invoice, you must notify us in writing immediately after receiving the invoice or no later than five (5) days after the invoice date

In case of non-payment, Arts Digital Institute reserves the right to collect the outstanding balance in addition to the applicable fees, the fees of external collection agencies, litigation and interest (the highest amount allowed by law), and costs judicial.

 

Changes to Class Start Dates

Arts Digital Institute will make the effort to deliver the training on the agreed dates, but Arts Digital Institute will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from such delays.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Conditions

The following conditions will apply to all classes:

Arts Digital Institute has the right to change or cancel the date and time of classes at any time. In case Arts Digital Institute cancels the training, you are entitled to a refund for your entire payment. Arts Digital Institute will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of these changes or cancellation.

 

If you cancel or reschedule the commitment by way of written notice received:

At least ten (10) business days in advance of the training or class start date, then you are entitled to reschedule enrollment within six (6) months of the originally scheduled class or training date or you can request a full refund of your payment; or,

 

Less than ten (10) business days prior to the class or training start date,  and may reschedule the enrollment to a future class or training date for a fee of 20% of the class’s list price on the original invoice. The rescheduled class or training must be completed within three (3) of the originally scheduled class or training date.

 

If you cancel or reschedule our services, Arts Digital Institute will bill you for all travel expenses or any third party agreement that cannot be canceled due to the cancellation or changes made by you.

Arts Digital Institute accepts the substitution of students in the courses, the announcement of the change must be made in writing at least two (2) days before the class, the new student must meet all the requirements of the course and must be approved by Arts Digital Institute

Course cancellation notices should be sent to studentadviser@cadmiami.com. Arts Digital Institute is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the notice by email.

 

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

 

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
